I do not find any reasons in losing the chance to buy a property worth $100000 for just $30000. It is really very good opportunity. However you will be able to buy a property for such a low and whole sales price only when there are some disputes with the property or the seller is in a hurry. The first requirement which you will have to fulfill is that you can you should have a good sum of money ready in the form of cash. Your doors will be open and you will be able to bargain on all account.
- However you will not be able to make profit if you do not make the required calculation in best way. It is really the game of calculation. You should be very good at inspection if you want to earn a good sum as money. Your mathematics should also be very good.
- You will surely find the property to be in very bad position in most of the cases. It will be in bad position well below the average.
Hence I would like to add that if you are confident enough then you can make a good amount from the whole sale properties.
